DFW-12/630-20 Outdoor Box-Type Switching Station

The DFW-12/630-20 outdoor box-type switching station uses prefabricated touch-safe silicone-rubber cable connectors and a fully insulated, sealed arrangement within a double-layer stainless-steel enclosure.

One or more SF₆ load switches can be arranged, with up to eight outgoing branch circuits. Surge arresters, short-circuit fault indicators and current-limiting fuses are described as optional components.

Sectional maintenance arrangements can isolate a local area without interrupting the main network.
