HXGN15-12 交流金属封闭环网开关设备用于交流 50Hz、12kV 配电网络的电能接收和分配。柜体经数控加工与铆接，防护等级为 IP3X。

设备具有机械联锁和防误操作结构。操作方式可选手动或电动；主开关可采用 SFL-12/24 方案，断路器可选 HAD/US 型 SF₆ 或 VD4-S 型真空断路器等配置。

产品资料列有 IEC 62271-200:2003 和 GB 3906 标准。柜体采用紧凑型金属封闭结构，适用于空间受限的配电场所。

运行维护时应定期检查机械联锁；采用电动操作的配置还应定期检查操作电源。

In the operation of an AC 50Hz, 12kV power network, traditional high-voltage electrical equipment acts like an "efficiency constraint" and a "safety hazard". The power receiving and distribution capacity is limited, often resulting in imbalance of Transformer load and high power loss; the operation is complex and lacks effective protection, manual operation is prone to misjudgment, and electric system failures occur frequently, increasing the operational risks of Box-type Substation; the equipment is heavy and the maintenance cost is high, and its compatibility with Switch Cabinet is poor. Once a fault occurs, the repair difficulty is large and the repair cycle is long, seriously affecting the stability and continuity of power supply. The high maintenance cost and potential safety accidents have greatly increased the pressure of power management.

The HXGN15-12 AC metal enclosed ring network switchgear is the ideal solution to these problems. It is a new generation product that integrates advanced foreign technology and meets the needs of domestic urban and rural power network renovations. Its technical performance indicators strictly follow IEC62271-200:2003 and GB3906 standards. The main switch, operating mechanism and components use original ABB parts or SFL-12/24 type switchgear assembled from imported components in China. It can also be selected to be equipped with ABB original HAD/US type SF6 circuit breakers or VD4-S type vacuum circuit breakers, and the manual and electric operation modes can be flexibly switched. The cabinet is precisely processed and riveted by CNC machine tools, with a protection level of IP3X, and the mechanical interlock and anti-misoperation functions ensure safe operation.
