Product Features & Applications
Core Voltage-Boosting Equipment for New Energy Power Generation
The special-purpose box-type substation for new energy power generation is a prefabricated substation that integrates high-voltage switches, transformers, low-voltage cabinets, and other components. It can boost the voltage of new energy electric energy to 10kV/35kV before connecting to the power grid, making it an ideal supporting equipment for new energy power generation systems.
Optimized Structure, Stable and Reliable
It features a compact structure with a small footprint. The radiator is externally mounted, ensuring excellent heat dissipation performance. Adopting new transformer technology, it uses transformer oil as the high-voltage insulating medium, reducing the safety distance required. The oil tank is fully sealed to isolate the oil from the atmosphere, enhancing operational stability. The cabinet body undergoes a shot blasting process, providing corrosion resistance, sun protection, and sandstorm resistance. Additionally, the finned radiator allows for convenient disassembly, assembly, and maintenance.
Intelligent Control and Management, Strong Environmental Adaptability
The low-voltage side adopts the latest intelligent circuit breakers, featuring excellent breaking and protection performance. The oil tank can be equipped with instruments with communication interfaces, and the load switch can be fitted with travel switches, supporting remote monitoring, operation and maintenance. The cabinet body is fully sealed, with the high-voltage and low-voltage compartments having an IP54 protection level. The transformer itself is adaptable to complex environments.
