Product Features & Applications
Huashi-Type Prefabricated Box-Type Substation
The Huashi-Type Prefabricated Box-Type Substation consists of three parts: a high-voltage compartment, a low-voltage compartment, and a transformer. It innovatively places the transformer outside the box-type substation shell to utilize natural air for rapid heat dissipation. The transformer is tightly connected to the substation shell through side outgoing lines, and the shell is equipped with a partition to separate the high-voltage and low-voltage compartments, making it an ideal choice for boosting voltage in new energy power generation systems.
In terms of electrical performance, the high-voltage side can flexibly adopt a vacuum circuit breaker or a "load switch + fuse" combined electrical scheme, which is suitable for 12kV and 40.5kV box-type substations, with a reasonable structure and reliable operation. The high-voltage side equipment is equipped with mechanical interlocking to prevent misoperation, and the combined electrical appliances can transmit signals to support background monitoring and remote control. In addition, the transformer itself has a protection level of IP68, and the box-type substation shell has a protection level of not less than IP54, which can cope with harsh environments and protect internal components.
