产品结构与应用

Product Function and Integrated Design

The core function of the prefabricated cabin substation is to convert the low-voltage alternating current (AC) from new energy power generation systems into medium-voltage AC and feed it into the power grid. By integrating equipment such as low-voltage cabinets, transformers, ring main units, and auxiliary power supplies into a steel-structured container, it provides a highly integrated power transformation and distribution solution for the medium-voltage grid-connection scenarios of ground power stations, enabling centralized and integrated management of equipment.

Intelligent Monitoring and Control Capabilities

This substation has excellent intelligent attributes: it can detect the working status of low-voltage cabinets, transformers, and ring main units in real time; when detecting power parameters online, the detection accuracy of current and voltage reaches Class 0.5; it also supports remote control of the main circuit breakers of low-voltage cabinets and ring main units, as well as remote query of power station operation information, facilitating intelligent operation and maintenance of the power system.

Convenient Deployment and Reliable Performance

In terms of deployment and performance, the prefabricated cabin substation performs outstandingly: the internal equipment is pre-installed, and it adopts a compact 20ft container structure, which is compatible with various transportation conditions and easy to install; the structure is solid and reliable, and the protection level of the low-voltage room and medium-voltage room reaches IP54, enabling it to adapt to complex environments; moreover, it can be deployed quickly—only low-voltage incoming line and medium-voltage outgoing line operations need to be completed on-site, which greatly shortens the commissioning cycle.
