The Type MNS low-voltage assembled switchgear is a product designed and developed based on imported switchgear. It is suitable for AC 50 (60) Hz systems with a rated operating voltage of 660V and below. It can control equipment for power generation, power transmission, power distribution, electric energy conversion, and electric energy consumption, meeting the power control needs of multiple scenarios.
Compliance with Standards and Component Features
This equipment complies with the national standards GB7251-1 "Low-Voltage Assembled Switchgear and Controlgear" and JB/T9661 "Low-Voltage Drawout-Type Assembled Switchgear", as well as the international standard IEC439. It can form cabinet frame structures and drawer units of different schemes, adopting high-strength flame-retardant engineering plastic components to enhance protective safety performance. The drawer units feature small size, strong functionality, high interchangeability, convenient replacement and maintenance, and reliable contact.
Structural and Protective Features
The basic cabinet frame of the device adopts a combined structure of 0-section profiles. All structural components are either galvanized or made of aluminum-zinc coated steel plates, which are fastened into a basic frame using self-tapping locking screws and Grade 8.8 hexagon screws. Then, the complete device is formed by assembling components such as doors and sealing plates. The dimensions of the internal components and compartment dimensions of the device are modularized (modular unit E=25mm), and the cabinet protection level ranges from IP3X to IP4X.
