Product Description

Product Overview

Type GGD AC low-voltage distribution cabinet is suitable for low-voltage distribution systems in power plants, substations, petrochemical sectors and other fields. It can meet the needs of power users for power distribution, motor control, capacitor compensation, etc. (applicable to distribution systems with AC frequency of 50Hz, rated operating voltage of 380V and rated operating current up to 3150A), realizing the conversion, distribution and control of electrical energy. It is a low-voltage distribution panel designed by the Ministry of Energy to promote technological progress in China's low-voltage distribution industry and accelerate the upgrading of equipment. It features high breaking capacity, good dynamic and thermal stability, and strong practicality.

Universal Structure and Appearance Technology

The cabinet adopts a universal cabinet design. Its framework is assembled by partial welding of 8MF cold-formed steel and is equipped with 20-module mounting holes, resulting in a high universality coefficient. Meanwhile, the cabinet surface adopts an electrostatic spraying process, which not only ensures strong adhesion and good texture, but also gives the entire cabinet a matte color tone to avoid glare effect.

Heat Dissipation Design and Safety Protection

In terms of heat dissipation, the upper and lower ends of the cabinet are provided with different numbers of heat dissipation slots, enabling the sealed cabinet to form a natural ventilation duct and effectively solving the heat dissipation problem during operation. For safety protection, the instrument door with electrical components is connected to the framework through multi-strand copper flexible wires, and the internal mounting parts of the cabinet are connected to the framework with knurled nails, forming a complete grounding protection circuit; in addition, the cabinet has a protection level of IP30.
