SKHS1-12 Solid-Insulated Ring Main Switchgear

This solid-insulated ring main switchgear is described for 3.6–12kV, three-phase 50Hz single-busbar or sectionalized single-busbar distribution systems. Its switches and principal components form integrated modules, with solid insulation around interphase conductors.

Exposed insulation surfaces may receive a semiconductive shielding layer. The high-voltage circuit-breaker mechanism may be spring-operated or permanent-magnet operated, with a mechanical life of 10,000 operations.

Remote operating-state monitoring is available for applications in residential distribution, secondary substations, switching stations and cable branch boxes.
