The HCXGW-12 outdoor high-voltage ring main unit cabinet is developed by summarizing the safe and reliable operation experience of switch-equipped branch cabinets and combining with distribution network automation technology. It integrates 12kV switchgear, power PT cabinets, feeder FTUs, etc., into a movable, sealed, and moisture-proof cabinet body, realizing the integration of primary and secondary systems and assembly modularization of urban distribution networks.

This equipment has prominent structural advantages: it is composed of fully insulated and fully sealed HCBXGN series gas-insulated switchgear and an outdoor cabinet body. The outdoor cabinet body has good corrosion resistance and anti-theft performance, with a protection level of IP43 and strong rainproof capability; the top cover adopts an air (air-insulated) double-layer structure, and the cabinet body is equipped with excellent ventilation, heat insulation, and sealing design, which can effectively prevent moisture and dust; the switchgear inside the cabinet has completed installation and testing before leaving the factory, and only hoisting is required on-site, featuring simple installation and small floor space occupation.
